Bentley OpenUtilities Designer and Bentley OpenUtilities Map Placement Editor provides a uniform user interface while placing any feature in the GIS. This allows you to specify placement controls and to view and modify the current non-graphic attributes settings.

To place a Gas feature simply double-click on the desired feature in the Command Manager feature list or highlight the desired feature and click on the Command Manager Place Icon (pencil).
